Just ran across some interesting information re:

Renewal registration for: LP0000012884 / 1957-12-30
Title: The Young land. By Columbia Pictures Corporation.
Copyright Claimant: Tartan Enterprises (PWH)

This film was produced by Disney/Buena Vista in 1957 but not released until 1959 (by Columbia Pictures). I've seen it referred to as Public Domain, so check the copyright notice. If the year in the notice is 1959, then I think the movie is PD.
